I handed over a Makita electric lawn mower with a knife drive malfunction. Within two weeks, I called myself and asked about the status several times without feedback. On the 15th day, a man called asking, "So what happened? Did you run into something?" I say, "can you fix it when?" In response, the figure is clearly from the ceiling: "well, there are at least 400 rubles here, the entire unit is for replacement, etc." I took the tool, took it 2 km to another workshop and a couple of days later I took it in working condition, paying 110 rubles. I do not recommend it, I gave the equipment for repair, I took it away in a month and a half in the same condition as I gave it away :). They promise to call back and don't call back, they deceive: they did the diagnosis and we'll fix it in a couple of days, then we have to wait because it's a difficult case, and in the end they said they hadn't done the diagnosis yet :). I awarded 1 star for my courier, who picked up and brought the equipment back.

They offered a discount several times, it reached 420p. I picked it up anyway and took it to another service with real reviews. The result: replacement of the flywheel for 150 rubles. I'm happy to use it. Everyone can draw their own conclusions.

I don't know who leaves so many positive reviews, they usually write when they're negative, but it's kind of rare for people to write positive ones. - probably the service itself. We had a sad experience of contacting this service - we gave the stil 800 gasoline engine, it wouldn't start. They lived for three months. We waited for the first month, and listened to fairy tales from the receptionist for the second month, and we listened to fairy tales not only about our instrument, but also from the same dissatisfied customers who came to this service on Bratskaya 2. Our problem with the gasoline cutter after the repair is the oil in the gasoline, which has thickened and clogged everything that is possible.. Having Java, Minsk and the Urals, I listened to this figure with amazement. The next customer of this service heard that it turns out that a gasoline tool cannot be stored in an unheated garage room in winter - the chainsaw should ONLY be kept WARM, otherwise the warranty does not apply. The third client was sentenced on the spot for the tool and offered to leave it in the service for the price of spare parts. Think carefully, read the negative reviews - what are these reviews about, and only then contact us.
