The announcement on the website says that there is an on-site diagnosis with my problem, in practice, "we will not do this on the road, if you want, come." I immediately wrote a review, which was rejected for me, and then it's more interesting.
The manager called back after 6 hours and began to convince me that I was writing a review, although they did not communicate with me and that the number they called from was not their number... When I showed the screenshots of the dialogue and the screenshots of the number on their website, I heard in response, "I see, goodbye." At least he would have apologized.

My daughter filled the laptop with tea with milk and sugar. I took out the battery myself. I brought the guys to the service, disassembled, washed, dried, changed the container, cleaned the keyboard, did the prevention of the cooling system. Everything works like clockwork.
