I tried to use the service. It was necessary to repair or replace the Wi-Fi module. The announcement on the website says that there is an on-site diagnosis with my problem, in practice, "we will not do this on the road, if you want, come." I immediately wrote a review, which was rejected for me, and then it's more interesting. The manager called back after 6 hours and began to convince me that I was writing a review, although they did not communicate with me and that the number they called from was not their number... When I showed the screenshots of the dialogue and the screenshots of the number on their website, I heard in response, "I see, goodbye." At least he would have apologized.

I ordered a laptop cleaning from fixit.by . The website says that a warranty is issued. (for reference: this is not a company, but a self-employed person, and the one who answers the phone comes to clean). When I requested a guarantee, a check was sent instead via Viber, and not from the phone that hangs on the site and to which I called about the service, and then a dubiously performed service (people, keep this in mind too, who did not mindlessly, like me, click on the first lines in the search, but still reads reviews about companies or not companies). The laptop was cleaned so "well", in 2 minutes at a cost of 40.00, that after cleaning this self-employed, it began to make even more noise, which I really regretted, since it did not make so much noise before this service. When I called this self-employed person again with the name fixit.by After explaining the problem, I was told that they would come to me! Result: I came, but not with the purpose to sort out the situation and, hearing the deplorable result after such a cleaning, clean the laptop, but so that, looking at my shaking hands, I could cling to it, but not to the laptop itself and the problem, and start insulting. Even when she threatened to call the police, it still didn't help. How long have I lived, this is the first time I've come across this! THAT'S CRAZY!!! FOR REFERENCE: before that, I contacted another specialist, he opened the laptop and checked if everything was fine, since this is a TECHNIQUE!!!! And this fixit.by, not only did I not open this laptop, but it pressed very hard on the parts during assembly, of course I understand that the screws need to be screwed on normally, but not with the same force to hammer on the parts when screwing, I am sure that the parts there are not super strong in the world, that you can not think with your head how You work with your hands!

I brought a laptop with charging. They cleaned the laptop, after a couple of days the cooler fell off, they wrote it off for wear (of course, what else could they do). A wire was coming off in the charging, it was soldered, then they said that some part had fallen off, they wrote it off for the same wear, they fixed it only a month later, and I had to fill it in for everything at full cost, because of course they did not find their problems. Yes, charging works intermittently now, but now the laptop cannot work at full power and it starts to trot on it. That is, they did not fix the charger at all, they only sawed off the money. In general, this is such an experience in this wonderful institution, if you want to lose money and time, I advise you. After all, they can't do anything right to the end, except sweep away the dust. It can really wear out, but not even do the charging, that's the extreme.

I left my laptop, which was given out at work. I immediately asked to do it as quickly as possible, since I actually need it in order to do the work, they answered that as it turns out. A week later, they called, called the price, told me to come pick it up - I'm coming, nothing works. The master says - well, it's not my fault, everything worked, now it doesn't work - we'll figure it out. And he didn't want to apologize cornyly that I had to drive from home to the center of Minsk. He explained to me from the series - I don't know who is to blame, but definitely not me. He spoke in a raised tone. Then I say, OK, how much longer to wait, I need to keep working. The answer is we don't know how it will go. Half a week later they call again, they say that in general they still need to pay, since the breakdown turned out to be in another place. I think as such, they will explain that in no other way, everything is interconnected, in that spirit. They say that I can come tomorrow, I didn't come the next day because I was busy, as a result, they call back after 4 days, they say that they have just fixed it - I can come. As a result, the sediment remained unpleasant, and I think that I overpaid for the entire repair. I've been waiting for 2 weeks plus. I do not recommend contacting this service. No respect for the client.

I called the master at home before reinstalling office (due to the expiration of the activation period). On the phone 07.03.2022, they called the price 25-30 rubles, which coincided with my expectations, because last time six months ago I was provided with a similar service for 30 rubles, but I did not save the master's number... After deleting the old package and installing the new one, the wizard charged as much as 115 rubles...which I consider an inadequate price ... I had to borrow money from the child (( As a result, I gave 100 rubles, which I already regret...It was necessary to pay no more than 50 rubles (the red price) and forget it like a bad dream... I called the number on the business card to express my opinion.... the same lady replied that she had said the price from....and the upper limit is not limited))) But we are not talking about repairs, etc., but about the usual installation of the program...At parting, I wished to think about it and not cheat, no one has canceled the boomerang law.... I do not advise you to contact such companies ...!!!!
