I asked you to clean the system unit from dust. Everything was done in a couple of hours. The system unit inside is as good as new. Compared to what happened before and after the purge, the difference is enormous. They revealed flooding, which I was not aware of, since I took the computer with my hands. Everything was cleaned. The price did not change before and after cleaning. That's a big plus. There is a home call service, but I decided that it was easier to work in the workshop than to drag tools to no one knows where, so I brought the unit personally. I will contact you again in the future.

Terrible service, I arrived, the master was playing on the phone and did not even immediately get out of the phone when I came in and said hello. I told about my problem, the master bent the price to 300 rubles for replacing the fan in the laptop, allegedly they are not sold one at a time and are expensive. I took the laptop and went to another repair, where I had this fan installed for 76 rubles (58 fan + 18 work), I do not advise going to this repair, the price is bent to heaven, and they will also find fictional problems that do not really exist.

I gave the laptop away because of the urgency because it was working and needed in a week. The laptop's hinge was broken, and the price was announced at 300 rubles. The person at the reception simply closed the loop, which broke the matrix (because of the broken loop there was a bolt). As a result, the repair increased in price to 600 rubles. Then, after long conversations, we made a discount of up to 450 rubles.(as I understand it, only the cost of the matrix was set). When I took the laptop away, I didn't immediately notice, there was a defective matrix (diagonal stripes), during the subsequent replacement of the matrix, there were highlights, the matrix itself was of very poor quality (faded + highlights). There was no time to return it under warranty because I was leaving for another country. As a result, expensive repairs, minus the matrix, make you extreme. I strongly do not recommend it.

I brought a laptop with charging. They cleaned the laptop, after a couple of days the cooler fell off, they wrote it off for wear (of course, what else could they do). A wire was coming off in the charging, it was soldered, then they said that some part had fallen off, they wrote it off for the same wear, they fixed it only a month later, and I had to fill it in for everything at full cost, because of course they did not find their problems. Yes, charging works intermittently now, but now the laptop cannot work at full power and it starts to trot on it. That is, they did not fix the charger at all, they only sawed off the money. In general, this is such an experience in this wonderful institution, if you want to lose money and time, I advise you. After all, they can't do anything right to the end, except sweep away the dust. It can really wear out, but not even do the charging, that's the extreme.

He explained to me from the series - I don't know who is to blame, but definitely not me. He spoke in a raised tone. Then I say, OK, how much longer to wait, I need to keep working. The answer is we don't know how it will go. Half a week later they call again, they say that in general they still need to pay, since the breakdown turned out to be in another place. I think as such, they will explain that in no other way, everything is interconnected, in that spirit. They say that I can come tomorrow, I didn't come the next day because I was busy, as a result, they call back after 4 days, they say that they have just fixed it - I can come. As a result, the sediment remained unpleasant, and I think that I overpaid for the entire repair. I've been waiting for 2 weeks plus. I do not recommend contacting this service. No respect for the client.

On the phone 07.03.2022, they called the price 25-30 rubles, which coincided with my expectations, because last time six months ago I was provided with a similar service for 30 rubles, but I did not save the master's number... After deleting the old package and installing the new one, the wizard charged as much as 115 rubles...which I consider an inadequate price ... I had to borrow money from the child (( As a result, I gave 100 rubles, which I already regret...It was necessary to pay no more than 50 rubles (the red price) and forget it like a bad dream... I called the number on the business card to express my opinion.... the same lady replied that she had said the price from....and the upper limit is not limited))) But we are not talking about repairs, etc., but about the usual installation of the program...At parting, I wished to think about it and not cheat, no one has canceled the boomerang law.... I do not advise you to contact such companies ...!!!!
