Some coaches show and perform complete nonsense themselves, some even show it on their social networks, protecting others from the grief of the coaches, calling for attention😬 Several showers in each locker room, a water cooler in the gym itself. There is also a boxing ground. Equipment can be rented on site. Before buying a subscription, I advise you to go to the website and familiarize yourself with various offers and not miss any action. The gym is located on the 3rd floor of the building, so before the workout itself you need to do a little cardio up the stairs)) There are various motivational quotes hanging on the cabinets. The only thing is that there is no air conditioning or good ventilation in the track area, because of this it can be stuffy there

The hall is just terrible. I don't know where so many positive reviews come from, nothing comes to mind except that the owners are screwing them up. Don't get fooled by the pictures on instagram, and Google/Yandex maps, because the room itself is tiny. Of course, there are not as many people as in the more hyped halls, but given the size of this, it feels like it's about the same thing. Let's start from the beginning.
When entering the gym, it is necessary to put on shoe covers, but for some reason this rule does not apply to the coaches of the gym, and the client's subscription is threatened to be canceled for this violation. At the reception you will be greeted by a very unfriendly admin who will not even bother to get up and show a new client where the locker room is; at the exit he will sit and talk with friends (?) and will not even say goodbye. The locker room itself is very dirty, there is always a carpet of hair on the floor. In the toilet, you will be greeted by a crumpled piece of paper on which it is handwritten: "Flush twice", and after the toilet, a hand dryer that worked only once in a month.
In the gym itself, the gym equipment (as, by the way, the hair dryers in the women's locker room) are rewound with yellow (apparently matching the color of the hall's logo) duct tape. Like the locker room of the gym, they are all dirty and dusty. The coaches look at you as if you've come to their house. The last straw was the case I noticed when the coach rolled her eyes, looking at how one of the visitors of the hall performs the approach.
The windows in the hall are always open for ventilation and there is a terrible draft in the room. When boxing training is in progress, it is better not to approach the stretching area, since the smell of sweat hurts your eyes there (there is simply no air conditioning system in the hall).
As a result, I do not see any objective reason to choose this hall, given that the subscription price is the same as for popular network halls.

A small gym, with a pre-visit workout in the form of climbing to the 4th floor)) beautiful area with walkways and panoramic windows. There are a lot of people on weekdays, but it's not surprising. The staff is polite, the service is excellent
