I was only in the gym. It's quite a good gym. Everything you need is present. The price per visit is 4.20rubles (March 2025), probably never less. The simulators are not the newest, but they are serviceable and not from the Soviet era. Dumbbells and discs are added periodically, and a new track is installed. There is a locker room, a shower, a bathroom.
There are a lot of people after 17:00 and seasonally (especially in spring)!
There is no limit on the number of people, as far as I understand.

You can't sleep here! A great place for those who want to improve their health, in the truest sense of the word (and at the same time not to harm): a volleyball hall, tennis tables, a gym (although the equipment is weak and dust sometimes falls from dumbbells, like Santa Claus from the stove, but still!). On the ground floor there is a sauna with a swimming pool, on the second floor there is a large swimming pool. Everything you need to relax in a men's company: iron, sweat, a broom and tea gatherings - welcome, comrades :)

Sometimes I visit the sauna and wellness complex here (bathhouse, sauna, hammam). I like that there is a limit on the number of people, and yet it is not very comfortable when it is maximum, since the premises are quite small. I really like the area with tables and sofas, I like the pool.
