There is a good road from the highway to get here, and to get to the monument you need to walk along the dirt road for a couple of minutes.

There is no flag there. The top dangles in the wind and rings mournfully. And the place around is absolutely apocalyptic - a palm alley, markings, pedestrian crossings; a new, but already destroyed and completely empty House of Justice. And there's no one around. Except cows, dogs and horses.
