I would like to share my subjective impression of contacting this company. I needed a consultation on printing on fabric (for clothes and curtains). Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be negative. In my opinion, the specialist with whom I spoke on the phone could not properly conduct a consultation for a person who is poorly versed in the topic. I was not offered options, they did not explain the subtleties for different types of fabrics, they did not give me an understanding of the process. It seemed that the company does not know how or does not want to conduct live negotiations, preferring only correspondence. As a result, I applied to another company. There, the manager told everything in detail, showed the samples in the office and replied(a) all my "stupid" questions. The contrast was striking. To summarize: personally, I lacked professionalism in communication and a simple human desire to help me figure it out. Perhaps their format of work is suitable for someone, but not for me. I made a choice.(a) in favor of competitors.

We often order pennants from this organization, there are no questions about the quality and time of manufacture, but there is a huge negative, the first time we placed an order, it took three days, because messages are often ignored, calls were not answered, we had to get an answer somehow. Working with a client is far from ideal, but the products produced meet the stated requirements.
