The place is nice but some of the staff is either incompetent or just rude and unprofessional. We made a reservation for a table, called later to check if it’s ok and when we came on the day which was a birthday by the way the table was taken and the staff acted like that’s ok and offered us to wait and they refused to serve us food at another table, so we wasted more than an hour. Can’t recommend.

We visited the flagship restaurant today, and everything was wonderful! The food was at an excellent level, everything was delicious, the portions were large, so we already managed to order, because we were used to having small portions for the same prices. The dishes themselves were very tasty, I took caesar for myself, and for the first time in a long time, I felt that the sauce was prepared in the restaurant itself, and not just watered with mayonnaise (alas, but even in good restaurants this is a common occurrence), the chicken was the most tender and in the sauce. In the main dish, the mushroom filling was not spared at all. In general, I was delighted. My young man ordered sharp wings (they were extremely tasty and juicy, but for me personally they were too sharp, even in blackstar I once tried "my sharp" wings, now it seems that they were not so sharp). We also ordered a steak with grilled vegetables. It was a big, juicy piece, and they made no mistake with the roasting. They made the perfect medium. The place itself was cozy, pleasant, and most importantly, clean. I think it would be even better there in the evening. As for the service, it's generally fine. We forgot a little about the extra drink that we ordered, and from the very beginning we gave all possible menus except the main one, but otherwise there are no complaints. Everything was brought quickly and neatly, dirty dishes were cleaned almost immediately. I would say that now it is one of our favorite places, and we will definitely visit it again.

The best cafe in Yerevan! Thank you for feeding us so delicious all our vacation. We've been to different restaurants, but every time we come back here and compare other cafes, taking the Flagship as a benchmark. A wide menu, affordable prices, and most importantly delicious! I highly recommend trying assorted kebabs, grilled beef tongue, fried ishkhan. Everything is delicious! Thank you very much to the cafe staff for the pleasant atmosphere

It's a terrible place. The food is quite tasty, but the service is zero. You wait from 50 minutes to an hour for an order. After 50 minutes of staying, they didn't even bring water. You should not visit at all. And the main thing to note is that all this happens in the late evening, when there are few visitors.

A wonderful restaurant, we had lunch 2 times and breakfast 1 time - everything is at the highest level! We stayed in a hotel nearby, for the first time in Yerevan. The salad is warm, the tangerine cake, the grilled beef tongue is just a bomb! Panoramic windows, and the bright sun illuminates the hall - very beautiful! :) Let's come again!

Despite the fact that only 5 tables were occupied, the waitress had to be called several times with a button and called again. They were all just relaxing by the bar. While I was listening to the order, I took the menu out of my hands. I had to say the last dishes to her back, because she had already decided to go. And it happened more than once. They did not plan to take away dirty empty dishes, they just had to hand them over. The dishes were carried for a very long time. The French fries were brought without sauce, they waited for him for about 10 minutes, and had to be reminded about him twice. The same situation with beer. Ladies don't bother at all, because the cost of service is included in the bill. Even delicious food is not worth visiting this place

I have been living in Yerevan for 6 years and just today, quite by chance, we went to this wonderful restaurant! Everything is on top: from the interior to the serving of the dish. The service is excellent! The menu is very diverse and illustrated, all dishes match the photos! The prices are affordable, the portions are large. The chef has a separate respect! In general, it's a pity that we didn't know this place before. Now we will be regular customers there. P.S. I want to note that I am a very moody client, but here all the puzzles come together! I recommend it!

It's a complete failure. I order a salad, I think there might be cilantro - I'm allergic. I tell the waiter: no coriander, please. The salad is served without coriander, then hot, which is completely sprinkled with coriander!!! I ask: why is there cilantro here? You didn't tell me not to sprinkle hot stuff. How could I have guessed that beef stroganoff with chicken potatoes would SUDDENLY be sprinkled with cilantro?! At the same time, to bring at least a little logic that I'm asking for a salad without coriander and knowing that the hot stuff is sprinkled with coriander is not to warn, not to ask, no. They also made me feel guilty that I didn't warn them that cilantro wasn't needed here either. The service is the bottom. And this is not a "cafe-eatery" format They claim to be a "restaurant".. The cost of the dish is a mower, down the drain!!

We were in the summer of 2022! The chef is super! There were few tables, but there was a place in the evening. Everything was divinely delicious, and fast! The child even ate soup, usually does not eat in a cafe, a fruit plate for the child just, in small pieces, peeled, the first restaurant where the child ate everything.
