This is too much. The reviews are all positive, I was already thinking of going to them for a long time, because now it's hard to find good service. And now there is no desire with such an attitude. And I'm not nitpicking at all, but if that's the attitude at the conversion stage, what's next. Maybe it will be useful to someone.

Questionable service. Standard hours are greatly overestimated for many jobs. For example, the official dealer has a rate of 1.2 hours, and the flagship has a rate of 6 hours for the same job. It is not clear where such a run-up comes from. The last time I visited them, they didn't warn me about the increase in prices for work. The promotion was announced after the work was done. It was a collapse-convergence and it went up in price by 30% at once. At the collapse, they do not know what the "tightening torque" is. When unscrewing the counter nut on the tie rod (to replace the tips) I used a meter-long extension cord. It turned out to be unscrewed in half on one axis with grief. On the other axis, I broke the key by 27. Can you provide the force with which this nut was clamped? As a result, I cut it down with a grinder. There was no rust, it was just the tightening torque. There are also questions about the quality of the collapse. The steering wheel was not fully aligned, and for more than a year I drove with the steering wheel slightly turned to the left. The only advantage I noticed was the comfortable waiting room. But it's not the best either.

Okay, I understand. We will be repairing it tomorrow. They call me tomorrow at 9 a.m., they say they've done the diagnosis again, but we won't fix it, there's no time. Strange specialists. I went to a private master, 2 hours and the car was repaired. That's the whole review. Draw your own conclusions. I did it for myself, not a step towards them.
