A relative needed a shampooing procedure, nothing more (hair not much below the shoulder), only regular shampoo + drying was used. Balms and masks were not used and were not even asked. In the end, they named the amount of 25 rubles. The receipt was not issued. I came to ask why the price list is not freely available to customers. Prices are not listed on the website. Before the procedure and even during the process, no one mentioned the amount, but in the end it was amazing. The main thing is that my aunt was not given the check that was given to everyone before. They probably didn't go through the cash register at all, but just put it in their pocket. I don't see any other reason not to act according to the law and issue a check. The price list for shampooing and drying was shown to me when I came to sort it out. They really have it and the amount is 25-35 rubles. It's a shock, but they certainly have the right. Only at the same time, they were also required to name the amount BEFORE starting work. When I asked where the receipt was, they began to deny me and say yes, who are you? We do not serve you. I can understand that, the procedure was really not performed for me, but such a dirty attitude, a sarcastic smile and wild eyes, as if I was wrong here. Although all I did was defend my rights, yes, even if not my own, but my aunt's, but it doesn't matter. I am a potential customer and, first of all, a person and a consumer. The receptionist just kept repeating that I wasn't their client and occasionally just looked right through me and ignored me. I lied that I told the price to the man who came to record (my father). Firstly, this simply did not happen, and secondly, the price must be reported to the person who comes for the procedure. Before that, in this salon, I asked to trim the tips with an even cut. They offered a more complicated method for 40 rubles. To the answer that no, I just want to shorten it exactly, they replied yes, it will not come out exactly and not beautifully. Well, just a laugh. Before that, I once went to find out the cost of lightening, to which they told me yes, your hair will just fall out) after that, I did this procedure in a real professional salon and, by the way, my hair is fine. Unfortunately, because of this attitude, there is a feeling that this is not a salon, but just a gathering of unprofessional people who do not know how to work with clients and do not know the laws. They just want to cash in and spend the payment past the cash register at the same time. I can't speak for the masters, but the administrator clearly needs to confirm his qualifications. I advise you to avoid this place, especially since there is another parikhmakherskaya ten meters away. I've never seen such problems and communication on a bench there. And the Flamingos were completely disappointed, it's just a shame.
