We stayed at the hotel for three nights. I really liked the room and the hotel, starting with communication and information support before leaving the hotel. + Location, there is everything you need nearby, the responsiveness of the staff, they speak good Russian, clean hotel and rooms, plenty of space, comfortable bed, we got a great view and a cozy balcony on the top floor. One of the best hotels we were lucky enough to visit on a trip to Georgia. We called and booked a room. Everything went quickly and as comfortably as possible. It didn't take long to check in either. The hotel is located almost in the center of old Tbilisi. Nearby there is a cafe Palermo, where you will be served delicious and inexpensive local dishes. The room is very large and spacious. Bed, sofa, table, chairs, balcony. It is spacious, bright, and cozy. The bathroom is also quite large. The plumbing is in good working order, it's nice to use. The sound insulation is good, at least we didn't hear anything that happened in the neighboring rooms. The price tag is humane for such a room, taking into account the location of the hotel. A 7-day trip with my husband in January 2025. Room 402 has a nice view of the city and separate beds. The beds are standing together, so there was no particular discomfort. The room is clean, with good furniture and good plumbing. The bed was changed after three days, the garbage was removed upon request)), because we asked not to clean every day, we don't see the point if it's clean. Everyone at the reception is friendly, they will tell you everything: where is the best place to eat, where and how to get there. If you want, they will have a heart-to-heart talk with you))). It was our first time in Georgia, but it felt like home. The hotel has two types of rooms: economy with a separate entrance and toilet for several rooms and standard. When you book, pay attention. Great location, the Metekhi district is next to the old town, which is nearby if you cross the bridge. But after walking there, we realized how much better we chose the hotel and location: quiet, cleaner, and the panoramas of the city are stunning from this particular bank of the Kura River. If you leave the hotel, stand with your back to it and walk straight through the alley without turning anywhere, you will come out on Ketavan Dedopali Avenue. On the left will be the Avlabari metro station, and on the right, just a few meters away, there is a family cafe, they are greeted with love, they cook delicious food and the most reasonable prices, they are more expensive everywhere-they checked. The interior is modest, but mentally, comfortably, the dishes are large enough for one for two, the check is up to 2000 rubles, in comparison in the city to eat for two from 3000 rubles and above, we got to 5000 rubles. Food in Georgia is more expensive than in Moscow, please note. If you leave the hotel and go to the left along the street, walk to Metekhi Street, walk a few meters to the left down, then there will be a good homemade bakery on the corner, and if you walk along Chekhov Street to the end (house 1), then you will find the only preserved old house in 17th century Tbilisi at the dead end. The interior is interesting. Opposite the entrance to the Kopala restaurant (the hotel of the same name), it was visited by both presidents and famous actors, it is atmospheric, cozy, as if it had drawn artificial intelligence. Having a coffee on the terrace with a magnificent panorama of the city is a pleasure. The staff is adequate and hospitable. Return to Metekhi Street and go downstairs. Ahead is the Church of David, with a terrace and a view of the city. And right in front of the entrance there is a shop with a magnificent semi-sweet Kinzmarauli, we tried it everywhere, in no comparison. Try it)). Going up the street, you will come to the Metekhi Temple, which has a viewing platform for the whole city and the Gorgasali monument. From there you will see the square, the entrance to the cable car, etc. On the square, they offer a boat ride along the Kura River, you won't regret it, it's romantic)) The view of the city from the river is magnificent. A very pleasant chic economy class hotel. Clean and well maintained. It's a homely atmosphere. There are numbers for different requests. The two of us stayed in a room designed for 4 people. If you really find fault, then you can note the weak sound insulation. The location is great! The historical center, a 5-minute walk from the Kura embankment and many attractions. At first we were in a room without a balcony, then we moved to a room with a balcony and a beautiful view, all the furniture is good, there is a kettle, air conditioning, TV, WI-FI, refrigerator, hairdryer. The bed linen is clean, the rooms are perfectly clean. What is important for girls is mirrors and good lighting in front of the mirror. I stayed at this hotel for a week. I was absolutely delighted! It was welcoming and cozy, as if she had come to visit her family. The rooms are clean and pleasant, there is air conditioning and heating, a clean shower, where it is not scary to stand barefoot. Fresh towels and bed linen, there are slippers and gel/shampoo. Room cleaning is available on request. You can't hear the neighbors, there is no noise from the street, because the hotel is located a short distance from the road, in the courtyard. Convenient location - 2 minutes and you are near the bus stop/metro. In 20 minutes you can walk to the coffee shop / food court (center), and by bus 5 minutes (1 stop). I will be happy to stay here again when I go to Tbilisi.

This is a sincerely grateful review! My sister and I had to urgently fly to Tbilisi for the funeral of a relative. This hotel was recommended by a friend who was on vacation in Tbilisi. We booked through the website and contacted the staff on Whatsapp. We responded quickly, got into the situation, helped pick up the number, sent a photo from the inside, checked compliance with our requirements (excellent Wi-Fi for work). The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable. Warm (there is heating!) This is important for November in Tbilisi! Hot water, towel dryer, all the stated options are available, there is an electric coffee maker and kettle in the room, there was also a refrigerator. The staff sincerely cared about us! In early July, I arrived in Tbilisi for ten days, settled in the FLAMINGO hotel, and I am happy to note that for the first time, perhaps, in many years of travel practice, I felt as comfortable as possible during the trip! Cleanliness, order, fresh renovation, beautiful and cozy courtyard left the most pleasant memories. The hotel is a two-minute walk from Rike Park, the cable car, the Peace Bridge and other city attractions. At the same time, it is located on a quiet street, so it was possible to have a great rest at night. The price-quality ratio is perfect. But most of all I was impressed by the professionalism of the hotel staff! Their attention and responsiveness, care and kindness conquered me so much that I fell in love with Georgia once and for all! We went to this cafe for breakfast every morning. There is also a Khinkali House near the metro station. I booked a room with separate beds, I was provided with it, but.... the bathroom toilet was shared for three rooms, I was very surprised (therefore not a high price for the center of Tbilisi), they have two entrances to the hotel, it's like the second half, it's possible that in the main part of the room with toilets inside. And I wasn't warned about it. On the website it hung that there is its own parking, but there are two places on the street near the hotel, or at the walls away and think how someone would not hook up then, we got a place the next day and we put a taxi near the hotel and around Tbilisi, this is more profitable due to heavy traffic on the road, parking problems in the city. The rooms are normal for this price, the bed linen was perfect, good satin. The room had a TV, there was only one Russian channel, a kettle, a refrigerator and dishes, and a sofa.

The photo of the room is in the description, but in fact the room is on the 1st floor, you can't open the shutters, the walls are dark, so the room is very dark, it's clean to come and sleep. You can see the "view" from the window in the photo for this review: screams / revelries / March cats in the alley until late at night, sounds from the neighboring garage in the morning.
