I have been a guest in beautiful Abkhazia for many years, but this is probably the first time I have encountered such behavior of the staff, which made me feel like an inhuman. The place looks nice and attracts attention, you can see and hear it from afar. It is clear that the guys have tried their best to create an internal atmosphere - everything is alive and active inside, although it is no longer the brightest season. Everything would be fine, but there are clearly growth areas - and this is a service. I ask the management to pay attention to this. As a person who has been working in the service sector for many years, it was extremely surprising to hear such a phrase from a waiter, to put it mildly. While walking along the embankment, they wanted to go to the restroom, after checking with the staff. We received permission and, entering the establishment, received a precise instruction from the waiter: "exit, the toilet is here for visitors only." And the point here is not only in the set of rules - we understand this perfectly well, but in the very concept of the restaurant business, the main tenet of which is "hospitality". Unfortunately, after such an attitude, I absolutely do not want to return and become guests of this institution, we were not given such an opportunity. I ask you to convey to the staff how else you can convey this idea, and not force people to consider themselves outcasts, just because at a given time they were not ready to stay with you. The portions are very small for such prices. The beans were not cooked, but thawed, judging by the temperature of the dish. Chicken noodle soup implies at least a scanty presence of this very chicken meat. The weather was cool, but this catering place, being directly by the sea, does not have banal blankets. They charge 10% for the service, so immediately multiply the prices by 1.1 and at the same time do not hesitate to hint at a tip to the waiter. This is not the first time we have rested in Abkhazia, we have visited more than a dozen establishments from canteens to restaurants, but we have not met such a waste.
