We have lived here for 3 wonderful years. The view from the balcony is simply indescribable. The most successful residential complex in the whole area: the sea is never closer, its own pool with a slide and a well-groomed blooming territory. Among the disadvantages: the residential complex is about 25 years old, the apartments inside are old, none of the owners are in a hurry to do even cosmetic repairs. In their understanding, it would do for a summer vacation anyway. It's very cold in the houses in winter (to put it mildly), neither air conditioners nor heaters saved us. In fairness, they are not designed for the winter period.
