Whatever the Baylan of Istanbul is, the Flamingo of the Red Crescent used to be like that for me. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find that old weather in recent years. I prefer to chat with my friends because it is calm. But recently, I have cooled down due to the attitude of some waiters. (I exclude those who have worked there since time immemorial.) Their products are of high quality. However, their prices (especially Turkish coffee, latte, tea, etc.) I find it exaggerated.
