I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!! On March 8, I received a "gorgeous" bouquet from this store as a gift. And when I also found out the cost, I was stunned! My daughter tried to file a claim on the site they indicated on the same day, but there was no response. The store itself sent another bouquet as compensation, but while they were delivering it, my "gorgeous" roses completely wilted. The next day, I stupidly threw them away, because there was nothing left to stand on. And the response on the site came only today, i.e. 5 days later, where it was stated that such claims are accepted only within 72 hours, during which they preferred not to respond in order to wait for time. No problem, applications will be submitted to the Consumer Protection Society and the prosecutor's office. The photos are in reverse order: the last one that was in the application, the second one that was delivered, the video in the evening and the last one in the morning
