They don't look after the children!
They left a child of 4 years old, went to the store, they were not warned that they would not look after him.
As a result, the child dressed himself, put on his shoes and left the center for the street.
When they came up and asked where the child was, they replied I have no idea where your child is or what he looks like. You said you signed, although you signed for the child's name and age.
In general, I do not advise leaving children there, there are many other decent children's centers where children can really be safe.
To the organization's response:
If you "watched the cameras" and everything is there, as you say, we would not leave the child alone, and as for the rules of conduct, we did not say anything except shoe covers.

Посетили вашу батутный арену недавно. Остались очень приятно удивлены. Радует что персонал уделяет должное внимание посетителям, следит за чистотой и всегда окажет помощь если нужно. Нам, как людям который были впервые на батутной арене, было очень приятно что все рассказали, показали и объяснили. Отдельное спасибо администратору Владиславе, за уделённое нам внимание. Обязательно вернёмся снова.:))

Праздновал день рождения сына в данном батутном центре, организация на высшем уровне, добрые и вежливые администраторы, никаких вопросов не было, сходим обязательно ещё, всем всё понравилось, советую посетить, вас точно понравится

Хорошее место для развлечения детей. Ждать чего-то невероятного не стоит, но посетить стоит. Единственное, хотелось бы более частой уборки в центре не только у входа.

Очень нам нравиться этот батутный центр. Детей мало, очень комфортно. Хорошие раздевалки, большие удобные, большие помещения, много батутов, для малышей имеется отдельное развлечение , есть отдельная комната для праздников, приемлемая цена 12 рублей за 1 час. Рекомендую, Парковка большая, возле центра.

2й раз детей не поведу, как бы им не хотелось, т.к. Очень грязно в шариковых и поролоновых бассейнах. Имели дело искать там потерянные детские часы, вытюпались хуже, чем свиньи в луже

Маленькая арена. Батуты тож маленькие. Указано, что до 120 кг выдерживают, но я, 87 кг, касался пола при высоком прыжке. А брат, весом в 110 кг, при прыжке на спину, ударился об пол. Не сильно, но неприятно. В общем, может для детей и хорошо, но взрослым удовольствие не получить.

Удобное расположение, большая батутная зона, есть место для взрослых, ожидающих своих детей. Приятный персонал, удобная раздевалка, питьевая вода, демократичные цены. Приду сюда еще не раз!
