From pleasant communication on Instagram to the final fitting of the dress on the eve of the wedding, at all stages I was surrounded by warmth, care and felt in safe hands. In my case, the wedding was only 5 weeks away, but I was quickly guided by the models and also quickly found windows for fitting and signing a contract (plus they gave me a 10% discount). All the fittings were on time, the sewing dates never shifted, the desire to remove the train a little was voiced by me just two days before the celebration, but here they went to meet me. The clear and well-coordinated work of the salon staff made it possible not to worry about the final result. After such an event, I can notice that the dress is beautifully sewn from a wonderful fabric (Carmen's dress), the satin is almost not wrinkled and there are no streaks on it from the water, the style is thoughtful and the dress fits smartly, I felt like a goddess. I went for a specific model, it was a size bigger in the store, they sewed to order. - Immediately there were questions with the cups, the consultant insisted that nothing could be changed, it would be a mistake, she insisted that everything would be fine in my size. - The dress was given away a week before the wedding. They forgot to sew a push-up, they sewed just ordinary tabs on their knees manually. - The result of the cups did not differ much from the initial one, it was too late to change, I was upset for a week. A couple of days before the wedding, I wrote to the store asking if there was anything I could do, because I didn't like it at all. She suggested shifting the decor on the cups so that the cup would visually rise and decrease. This is a simple solution, it could have been applied immediately by measurements, rather than arguing with the client.… The seamstress was not there, I had to leave, my mother took the dress. - On the day of the wedding, it was discovered that the bottom of the cups were creased from sewn cups. I tried to put cotton wool in, but nothing helped. Bottom line: in all the photos, the bottoms of the cups are creased. - A month before the wedding, when taking measurements, I asked to leave a reserve, as I will lose a little more weight. Bottom line: I lost weight, the stock wasn't done, "we thought you wouldn't lose weight," the dress was slipping, I was nervous the whole wedding, the corset was re-laced 5 times, it was enough for 3 minutes. I lost 1 cm in volume, I don't understand what the problem was with laying it… Nothing would have changed even if I hadn't lost weight. There are no rubberized elements inside to keep the dress in place. - If you like a particular model and choose this store, sew strongly in advance. Be prepared for the jambs that the consultant is not a designer and it is better to think about the proportions and the final silhouette yourself, that you will have to defend your opinion, and the fitting time may be confused.
