A normal gym for adequate money. Of course, everything is quite old, the locker room is very small, but everything you need is available. I like that the cardio and gym areas are separated. The staff's attitude is pleasant and friendly. I mostly come here to run, I didn't notice any problems with ventilation, everything is quite comfortable, there is something to breathe and it's not stuffy, which is a huge plus.

Overall, a good gym. But some of the equipment is pretty worn out. The hall is located on the minus ground floor, which is why there is not enough light. The changing rooms are small, very small. If there are three people in it, there is nowhere to turn around. But the prices for the visit are moderate. I didn't work with the coaches, I just talked, nice people)
