We ordered a star chart by date of birth from flip-flop, previously arthata. We do not remember such a service.
A pre-order was made through the call and it was our mistake.
Everything else was coordinated via Viber.
The first layouts came in two versions: black and white. Then there were edits that were confirmed, but the next day we were probably misunderstood and not all the edits were taken into account.
They agreed that they could pick up the picture on Thursday, agreed on the time after 18:00, at that time they did not work until 19:00. Arriving on the appointed day and time, there was no one at the place. Calls and messages in Viber are unanswered. The next day, accusations began in our direction that it was not agreed that we would arrive, we fixed the screenshot of the correspondence. Then that there was a delivery that we were not informed about, they say we did not ask for it ourselves and that we refused delivery in the call. I requested a call, they refused, and again the charges went nowhere. The excuses were that there were a lot of orders and we were not alone, this is the level of course.
As a result, they were picked up at their own expense with morning delivery.
The painting itself is normal, the idea itself is cool for a gift. But after such a service, you will not be able to appreciate it.
