On October 14, I ordered a set of Gutermann Oudoor 40 threads in a set of 5 pcs. In the photo and in the description there were exactly 5 pieces in the set. The order was delayed for almost a month. I arrived two weeks after placing the order to find out about the receipt, they said it was delayed. On November 7, a message was received that the order was at the pick-up point. I came to pick up the order, they give me 1 spool of threads. I am showing an order for a set of 5 pcs. They called and found out that it turns out they made a mistake filling out the product card. They refused my request to give me the goods for the price and quantity indicated on the product card. As a result, with a long delay, I did not get what I needed. I spent my time and expenses on a car. The company's attitude towards its regular customers is disgusting.
