The parking lot is limited to 3 hours, it's so big and 3 hours is not enough for where there are too many shops. I understand inner-city shopping malls, it makes sense against using them as a parking lot all day. The square is not like that, there is no public transportation, there is no parking lot, there is no management vigilance, if you are coming by car, then pay the parking money. I'd rather not go than feel like a sucker. I think the Flo management should put pressure and have this chattering application removed, let them say, “people are not coming because of this parking fee vigilance of yours.”
