The main thing for me was how the bouquet would look externally. But it turns out that in this flower shop, they put up some photos on their Instagram page and say that yes, the bouquet will look exactly like this, but in fact you get not only something completely different and terrible, but also had to talk to a rude seller who, instead of quickly and without nerves to correct the situation, to advise something, she began to rudely answer that my bouquet was made by a florist and all questions to her. Yes, the seller added to my bouquet for which the amount of 120 rubles of gypsophila was agreed so that it looked better and more magnificent, I also had to pay for it. AS a RESULT: a spoiled mood the day before the wedding, a spoiled opinion about this flower shop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! The bouquet cost 120 rubles, but it was almost 150 rubles to pay (I had to pay more for their joint).

In the photo I used to choose the flowers, the bouquet looks richer, and this is not because of the quantity, but because of the condition of the flowers. It feels like these are rejected flowers that don't go into a bouquet for 150 rubles.
I do not think that 100 rubles for such a bouquet is a small price to receive in the end . In rosa bel for this money you can buy 21 peach roses 50 cm Avalange Peach. But I ordered from you because I wanted an interesting bouquet with different colors, and even if it was a smaller version, but like in the photo. Upset
I wanted a smaller version, but it turned out to be short, I wanted a gentle one, but it turned out to be faded and nondescript.
When asked why the flowers are shabby and not like in the photo, the answer is "Flowers are alive and cannot be perfect, just like people." Then why are they perfect on the samples, but the bouquet looks short to the buyer even in the photo. Are the flowers not alive on the samples ? That's how they tell me, as if this is my first bouquet in my life and I've never seen flowers ...
PS:I asked for a photo when the bouquet was ready, and they sent it to me only when they had already handed it over to the courier, and when I asked for a photo again. There was a hope that it would look better in person.
