The sales girl in this store is very nice and attentive - she has been helping me with the selection of bouquets for several years now, she always suggests good options. Today I needed a small bouquet, and she, as usual, started offering options within my budget — about 60 rubles. There was a woman sitting next to me, who, as I understood it, is the owner of the store. When she heard the amount, she began to rudely say that it was not worth wasting time on a bouquet for 60 rubles and that the seller needed to "go to work." It turns out that for the owner of the store, 60 rubles is not money, and customers with such a budget do not deserve attention. I won't come back, even though I've been going all my life because I live next door.
