I used to really like this flower, I would even say that it was the best in the city. Yes, the prices are slightly higher than in other flower shops in the city, but the flowers were always fresh and the service was good. But literally over the past year and a half, the impression has deteriorated very much. On March 8, we ordered several bouquets for mothers, grandmothers, aunts, etc. for a total of 300-400 rubles, I can't remember for sure. They didn't take the prepayment, she asked for delivery in the early morning, because later relatives might not be at home. I wrote 2 days before the holiday, 1 day before - "yes, yes, we will calculate everything soon, we will write down the amount, then pay." I remind you: delivery is scheduled for the morning, no one will deliver without payment (which is logical), respectively, you need to pay either on the evening of March 7 or very early in the morning on March 8 (and then it's not a fact that delivery will be Tomorrow, because you still need to plan the route, and I think the priority is those who already paid for it). But I couldn't pay simply because they didn't tell me the exact amount. Late at night (at 12 a.m.), they told me that they didn't have time to calculate it, and as soon as they did, they would immediately write down the cost for payment. Sorry, it's 12 o'clock in the morning, I want to sleep, and not wait who knows how long to pay for an order made 4-5 days before the holiday) They were just rude to me with the words "I only have 2 hands and I don't have time." I'm sorry, but it's not my problem that you can't calculate your time and effort and take more orders than you can handle. As a result, I paid for the order at 3 a.m.) But the flowers were beautiful then - there were 0 questions.
Then it was my birthday, my husband ordered flowers for delivery, but they forgot to attach a postcard at the flower shop (or the courier lost it), but they gave me a 10% discount on the next order. Just a couple of days later, my mother had an anniversary, I ordered 45 roses, the price for this rose was previously written to me in Viber (screen), we ordered it specially for the birthday. She clarified about the discount and prepayment - "yes, we can apply the discount, we can see the prepayment." On my birthday, I quickly picked up the bouquet, paid for it, and realized at home that there was no discount. I didn't go back, I didn't have time for that.
45 roses * 6p = 270p
I also paid 50p in advance and 230p when picking up the order. Total 280p. Probably 10p per package.
But yes, the flowers are beautiful)
