She said that they would come and take it now. As a result, after 20 minutes, when my mother came to the flower shop, it was no longer available. As it turned out later, it was necessary to pay in advance, which I was not notified about. After my claim that I should have been told about the payment and that it was wrong to do so, I completely ignored it. The service is at zero.

I ordered flowers 3 times with delivery. I am in another city myself.
The first time there was a jamb on March 8th. It is clear that the load is heavy, but still flowers were delivered at 8 a.m. instead of 12 o'clock, and even without a postcard with sweets. But they were delivered the next day.
The second time, the recipient was not at home, the bouquet was simply returned back to the store, they wrote about it, and they tried to deliver it again by contacting both me and the recipient. Everything is polite and loyal.
The third time there were no problems, the bouquet was delivered an hour after the delivery was made)
I am satisfied with the service, and the lady is happy with the flowers)
