We had an unforgettable experience on the Flotilla Radisson Royal cruise. The views along the river were simply breathtaking, and the atmosphere on board was elegant and relaxing. Everything was well organized, from the boarding process to the smooth sailing, which made the evening feel truly special. A very big thank you goes to Emmanuel, who made our trip exceptional. His professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail really stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Moscow. It’s a perfect mix of stunning scenery, great service, and a memorable atmosphere.

We went on 8:30 time. Lovely cruise ride, beautiful view. However we did not enjoy our time the food is overpriced and not special, what ruined our night was the staff, no one came to take our orders, whenever we called out for them they would just ignor us, they acted like they didnt want us there, i finally went to the waiters to order, they were rude and unpleasant the waiter was not accommodating. Im a tourist my time is limited in russia and i chose to spend my last day in this amazing cruise that everyone recommended, it is not cheap and we were excited but we left upset and very very disappointed by the service and the staff attitude. Im in disbelief that i spent this much money for a 1 star service. Мы пошли 8:30 раз. Прекрасный круизный поезд, красивый вид. Однако мы не наслаждались нашим временем еда переполнена и не особенной, что разрушило нашу ночь, было персонал, никто не пришел принять наши приказы, всякий раз, когда мы позвали их, они просто игнорируют нас, они действовали так, как они не хотели нас там, я наконец отправился в официанты, чтобы заказать, они были грубы и неприятны официанту не устраивали. Я туристическое мое время ограничено в России, и я решил провести свой последний день в этом удивительном круизе, что все рекомендуемые, это не дешево, и мы были взволнованы, но мы расстроены и очень разочарованы обслуживанием и отношением персонала. Я в неверии, что я потратил эти деньги на 1 звездочный сервис.
