Flow is the place where you can feel at home! All the coaches are very kind, funny and understanding. They will always help and solve your question. The halls are simply excellent. They are very beautiful and comfortable. I've been coming here for the second year now and I can't get enough of it. Here you can vent all your emotions, immerse yourself in the world of dance and be happy!!❤️ Also, flow and their team arrange amazing reporting concerts!! Everything is organized and thoughtful. And the most important thing is that not only the participants, but also the audience get high at concerts! The atmosphere and rooms are simply mesmerizing!

I recommend it to absolutely everyone. Girls, boys, men, girls. The coaches at this place know their stuff. There are almost all popular dance styles, lots of master classes, constant growth, beginner groups, continuing ones. After your first workout, you'll come out wet, like after a shower, but you'll get high, even if you've never danced. I went to Kostya Shilin for 2 years, and now to Anton for jazz-funk. It's chic. I want to say, "take my money," and forget about all the problems for at least an hour and a half. 5 out of 5.
