Flow is the place where you can feel at home! All the coaches are very kind, funny and understanding. They will always help and solve your question. The halls are simply excellent. They are very beautiful and comfortable. I've been coming here for the second year now and I can't get enough of it. Here you can vent all your emotions, immerse yourself in the world of dance and be happy!!❤️ Also, flow and their team arrange amazing reporting concerts!! Everything is organized and thoughtful. And the most important thing is that not only the participants, but also the audience get high at concerts! The atmosphere and rooms are simply mesmerizing!

I recommend it to absolutely everyone. Girls, boys, men, girls. The coaches at this place know their stuff. There are almost all popular dance styles, lots of master classes, constant growth, beginner groups, continuing ones. After your first workout, you'll come out wet, like after a shower, but you'll get high, even if you've never danced. I went to Kostya Shilin for 2 years, and now to Anton for jazz-funk. It's chic. I want to say, "take my money," and forget about all the problems for at least an hour and a half. 5 out of 5.

Ooooof, brothers, I'll tell you what – this Flow studio is just awesome! I used to think dancing was only at weddings, when Uncle Vardan was squatting with a gulba in his mouth. But no! They taught me how to move so that now even my grandmother speaks: "Wah, Armo, you're like this one... What's his name... Michael Jackson, Armenian only!" Teachers are just Jan! They explain it until you understand. At first, my legs got tangled like spaghetti, but they endured like saints. Now, even for a corporate event, even for a birthday, I'm the highlight of the program.

I've been working at Flow for two and a half months. And, of course, I wouldn't have continued going there for so long if I didn't like it. On the contrary, there are comfortable changing rooms, large halls, professional coaches and generally very pleasant people. But in recent times, it is simply unrealistic to engage in Flow. The fact is that TOO many people are recruiting coaches. If in September I could move freely without fear of hurting someone. Now, not only can I not even stretch out my arm or take a confident step to the side, but I am being touched in every possible way with my hands, feet, or even can be charged in the face with my foot, especially when the element involves performing on the floor. It is perfectly clear to me that the more people there are, the more money there is. But I'm sorry, 33 people (there were so many last time) is too much. At the same time, the coach actively posts a bunch of stories on Instagram during the day that there is an active recruitment to the group. It's not clear where else to cram people in. Plus, there are two speakers in the room (left and right), one of them almost does not work. So if you are standing on the right, I sympathize with your ears, because they will be very hurt by the high volume of the whole lesson. Of course, at the request of the coach, she made it quieter, but then everything returned to normal, because it was too quiet for people on the left. I really enjoyed studying for the first two months. The coach, the music, the feedback - everything was very pleasant. But the last time I was so uncomfortable that the only thing I thought about was how quickly this hour would pass and I could leave, of course, never coming back
