UPD 2025: Flow is my personal gastronomic island of happiness in Minsk! I've been here more than once, and now I can say with confidence: This is my favorite cafe in the city. Flow has been steadily maintaining its level — for many years now, the taste, atmosphere and service here have been excellent. The food is a real masterpiece. Every time I try something new, I find myself thinking, "How can you cook so delicious?!" The taste buds just give a standing ovation. Everything is harmonious, thoughtful, and refined. The interior is stylish, with neat Japanese accents — very cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The dishes are a separate delight: beautiful, perfectly complements the serving of dishes. The staff is a separate love. They are polite, attentive, and unobtrusive. The service is fast, without fuss, everything is clear and with a soul. If you still haven't been, I highly recommend it. I really liked the restaurant. It is located in an area with its own special subculture, which stands out, judging by other visitors, the restaurant is popular with young people. The dishes are original, delicious, and in a reasonable price range - a family of 4 people ate enough for about 200 BYN. The waiters are polite and will tell you what to choose. The only thing that was really missing was the air conditioner in the summer heat in the main hall. Of course, there is a breeze on the veranda, but in the hall there are just large fans that do not bring coolness.

I was in this institution on a date with my boyfriend. 1. The reservation was for 20:20, we arrived at 20:04, and when we asked the hostess girl if we could sit down at our table now, she replied, "Take another 16 minutes." 2. The two of us came in with flowers, so it's clear that we're not having a business meeting or a friendly dinner. Initially, we were seated at a table for a "business lunch", although there were enough tables suitable for a date. 3. I noticed one interesting discrepancy: in the menu, the salad comes with fish, but in fact it is not (in the electronic version of the menu, the fish is not listed) 4. The menu is beautiful and minimalistic, but this creates a problem for those who are not privy to what kind of dish is hidden behind the Japanese Cyrillic spell, it would be great if they offered a brooch with pictures of what it is. The service here is top notch, I don't know what else to ask for. The food, finally about the most important thing, is delicious and varied, but somewhat small portions, my ramen was not enough pasta itself and they were slightly greasy (maybe it should be, I do not know).

The prices here are above average, but we were always satisfied! The staff is always polite, the interior is very pleasant, there is a lot of space I like the lemonades here. Once we took non-alcoholic champagne here, we really liked it, but after a while it was removed from the menu. The same thing happened with watermelon lemonade, it's very sad (but the new drinks also taste good The food is always delicious too. The interior is not bad, the ceilings are as shabby as they were originally. The waiters are nice, the menu is expensive - it's not clear why. We had Mochi and chicken Ramen. The mochi was good, but the ramen wasn't exactly wow. The chicken was too watery, the egg was slightly overcooked and the broth was not rich in flavor, but just water with spices (I apologize for being rude). I can't say that price is quality, but I also can't say that everything is that bad. If there was a 3.5 grade, I would have given it.

The famous square-shaped rolls have become a disappointment - just good quality rolls for a very high price. Katsu with pastrami is an incredibly delicious combination, but it was impossible to eat. It was falling apart very badly. I had to eat each ingredient separately :( The steer steak was not bad. Roasting, sauce, serving - everything is great. The service is good, unobtrusive. Separately, I want to like the cool dishes - you can see the attention to every detail. But the menu is not readable the first time. Yes, it is very stylish and unusual, but in some places it is difficult to understand what is what. The portions are small. The place is not for gluttony, but for getting new gastronomic sensations (which is very much hampered by the location of the tables when you hear every word spoken by the guests at the next table). The place is clearly not for dating, the tables for two are very close, there was no feeling of comfort and I wanted to leave as soon as possible. The waiter offered to look at the photos, the menu on Instagram. After 10 minutes of scrolling through Instagram in search and comparing the menu, we decided to leave, because we didn't really figure it out either. Make a menu with photos!!! So my money went to the cashier of a nearby Georgian restaurant.

According to the recommendations, we went to one, another place and we didn't like anything, but the case gave us an acquaintance with the Flow restaurant. Yes, yes, I call this place a restaurant for the high level of service and the quality of the dishes served. The place is very intimate, perhaps it may seem specific to someone, but do not deny yourself the pleasure of getting into the atmosphere of Flow. The industrial space is very laconically decorated, with modern furniture, spot lighting and ceiling fans. The kitchen is open in a glass cube. To be honest, I immediately got the impression that the kitchen here is good. I was not mistaken. We ordered a set of sushi, hand rolls with shrimp, tuna, salmon, oshidsuzi with salmon, sashimi with scallop, roti pastrami. In addition, they took a bottle of Alsatian Gewurztraminer. Such a dinner cost us 9.750 Russian rubles. (As of June 2023). But do not be afraid of this figure, the lion's share is occupied by the cost of wine (6.150 rubles). But I love gewurz, especially with sushi, so there was no choice;) In terms of the quality of sushi, this is a completely new feeling for me - everything is the same, but in a different way. It's very tasty! There are not enough words to describe in detail, come and try it! By the way, the wine is also at the highest level, so do not be greedy - choose the best and we will be happy for everyone! To the girls who received us, I express my sincere gratitude for their professionalism, responsiveness and sensitivity. We had a great time, we will definitely come back. I definitely recommend it, on Oktyabrskaya Street - this is a really good place! Well, a very pleasant compliment from the institution was dessert for us - thank you from the bottom of my heart.
