The choice of rolls is very small. Udon doesn't look like it at all, just pasta with chicken and mushrooms in cream. The rolls are delicious. Very expensive. When you enter an establishment, they don't pay attention to the guests at all: the receptionist was on the phone, and when they did notice, they didn't even say hello. There was a feeling of complete indifference. It was also not possible to pay by card on the day of the visit: only in cash or through the app. Such things, especially if guests have reservations, are usually warned in advance (by calling, texting, or at least telling stories on Instagram). Not everyone has an ATM of the right bank nearby, and it's not convenient for everyone to download the app right on the spot.

The mochi was good, but the ramen wasn't exactly wow. The place is very intimate, perhaps it may seem specific to someone, but do not deny yourself the pleasure of getting into the atmosphere of Flow. The industrial space is very laconically decorated, with modern furniture, spot lighting and ceiling fans. The kitchen is open in a glass cube. To be honest, I immediately got the impression that the kitchen here is good. I was not mistaken. We ordered a set of sushi, hand rolls with shrimp, tuna, salmon, oshidsuzi with salmon, sashimi with scallop, roti pastrami. In addition, they took a bottle of Alsatian Gewurztraminer. Such a dinner cost us 9.750 Russian rubles. (As of June 2023). But do not be afraid of this figure, the lion's share is occupied by the cost of wine (6.150 rubles). But I love gewurz, especially with sushi, so there was no choice;) In terms of the quality of sushi, this is a completely new feeling for me - everything is the same, but in a different way. It's very tasty! There are not enough words to describe in detail, come and try it! By the way, the wine is also at the highest level, so do not be greedy - choose the best and we will be happy for everyone! To the girls who received us, I express my sincere gratitude for their professionalism, responsiveness and sensitivity. We had a great time, we will definitely come back.
