Terrible experience. We found bed bugs in our bed during the night. We had to urgently pack our belongings and leave the hotel in the middle of the night, spending extra money on a taxi. It was extremely stressful and completely ruined our stay. We immediately contacted the hotel to request a refund for the night and compensation for the taxi, but they completely ignored our messages and have not responded at all. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. I hope they will take this issue seriously and prevent this from happening to other guests.
