I've been buying flowers here for over 2 years now.08/17/25 ordered 2 bouquets for my daughter. Both orders were delivered on time (from 00 to 00-30, as planned).But by lunchtime on 18.08. one of the bouquets began to wilt sharply (it turns out the bush rose is very moody).After 5 minutes of correspondence with technical support (they asked if I was satisfied with the order, I took a photo, and they offered to send me a new bouquet) by the evening, a new bouquet was delivered instead (and it was bigger and obviously more expensive than the previous one).In general, I definitely only buy flowers here! Thank you for your honesty and professionalism!
