We ordered a bouquet for others. The order was made and paid for from Moscow. They asked to bring it as soon as possible, and delivery to the next house! We specially chose the nearest flower garden. They did not collect the bouquet, but asked for a ready-made one, which is available. We were assured that the bouquet was going to be fresh the night before. As a result, they carried it for a very long time, apparently waiting for the rain to end. They wrote to us for various reasons why the bouquet was not delivered: 1. No one opens the door, although the intercom and bell are working. 2. The bouquet was sent by a taxi driver, who stood for 2 minutes and left.... (For a second to the next house and down the street, where traffic is prohibited) and similar nonsense. As a result, I had to go down for the bouquet myself! And a girl is running around the yard and looking for apartment 2 in which entrance!!! All this time she was trying to enter the third entrance and said that there was no letter on the intercom that needed to be pressed!!! And the fact that the numbering goes from left to right, it did not reach her. There must have been problems with mathematics at school, otherwise how can you look for a second apartment in the third entrance?. As a result, they did not bring a fresh bouquet, even with cobwebs. They also said that we had ruined their mood.
