Even 1 star is a lot for this store.
We ordered a tulip bouquet for Grandma on March 8th. We are in another country, we wanted to make a surprise. We chose a bouquet and paid for it.
The result: there is no delivery, the notification only came to grandma's phone "rate the flower delivery"...What kind of flowers?! They never arrived!
They ruined the mood of both the sender and the recipient.
I do not recommend this store!
I would like to wish the employees and the owner of this store that they were also congratulated on the holidays!

My husband gave me a beautiful bouquet for my birthday, 2 days later the whole bouquet began to lose its appearance, today the bouquet is 5 days old, and it looks like this.Chrysanthemums that are fresh always stand for a very long time, but here they have no appearance at all!!!And I threw out the garberia 3 days later!!! Very upset...The flowers aren 't fresh there, and it 's not the first time we 've run into each other .We won 't buy like this anymore .

I ordered a bouquet for March 8th. The order was placed on March 7 and paid for. The delivery time was scheduled at 14:30. Not only did no one arrive, they did not call back, they could not get through (they called 8 times all day, of which 3 were answered). They told me that the flowers were collected and sent for delivery, as a result, the bouquet arrived at 19:10-20! My biggest disappointment was that the wrong flowers arrived... I am completely disappointed in this store, I will never order flowers here in my life. Too many nerves and worries were spent. I'm attaching which flowers should have been in the photo, and which ones came.

Online delivery from this store is of questionable quality . The bouquet that was delivered absolutely did not match the one offered on the website and paid for. We paid a decent amount , but we brought three short, faded branches, replaced them with a tasteless color scheme , and wrapped them with a lot of paper . The flowers wilted by the end of the second day.

A question arises. Why are such stores needed? Floral without flowers!This is the place where, out of desperation, you have to buy flowers that are not the first freshness. In my case, I didn't have time to think where to run for flowers, I wanted to congratulate my niece on the birth of her daughter on discharge. I was offered incomprehensible markdown roses and sluggish bush roses, unfortunately I agreed to the latter (it would be better to be asked to leave the store) She came out with tears in her eyes. The mood was ruined! That's how, thanks to the Flower Yard, I congratulated the girl on the birth of a child. And I wish the girl "florist" to receive such bouquets (as she collected for me) all the time! I wish I had time to take a photo.
