The consultants are very polite and professional, they helped me choose the perfect bouquet, taking into account all my wishes. I would also like to note that the flowers were fresh and of high quality, and the bouquet design was simply magnificent!
Recently, I also used the flower delivery service and was very satisfied. The flowers arrived exactly at the agreed time, were neatly packed and looked amazing! The recipient was delighted with the surprise and beauty of the bouquet.

I am extremely indignant, my husband decided to surprise me, ordered a bouquet of white roses in this store worth 300 BYN.
The courier carried out the delivery at the place of work .Due to the fact that it was not possible to immediately consider the bouquet , its staleness was not immediately detected .A few hours later, I turned to the store with a request to peacefully resolve the conflict (return the bouquet and refund the money) by the owner of the store (seller) Lisovskaya Elena was refused.Thus, both the flowers and the money remained with the store owner.

Не советую обращаться к продавцу Елене! Безответственная! Обманывает покупателей! И трубку не берёт потом!!!
