My son gave me a bouquet of hydrangeas for mother's Day, and tomorrow they began to wilt and darken.It's a shame for such an attitude towards customers, low-quality goods for a lot of money, I do not recommend this flower shop.I know perfectly well how to take care of these flowers, fresh ones cost two weeks.Knowing the specifics of hydrangeas, they did not even put special top dressing.

We ordered a bouquet for September 1st. Bush rose and lisianthus were present in this bouquet on the website. Without warning me, they were replaced with antirinum and alstroemeria. They stuffed a lot of greenery, some of the flowers were stale. The florist was rude. The receipt was refused.

We paid for the bouquet online. They called back and said that there would be no such rose specifically, there would be a bush rose, and also a different color. Well, let it be so. But in the end, they took a completely different bouquet. The picture clearly showed the inserts of greenery in the bouquet, which was not really there. Since the bouquet was urgently needed on a festive day, they did not swear and change anything. But next time I will rather order elsewhere at more affordable prices.
