Good evening! Many thanks to manager Aizhan, for his promptness, literacy, and courtesy. I wish you all the best. I constantly order in Astana at this flower shop. Expectations were always at the highest level, even more than I expected. So, today I ordered a bouquet, strawberries, and a bento cake for my sister, who lives in Shymkent. I just can't find the words to convey my gratitude!🙏🙏🙏💘💘💘. They made a gorgeous bouquet, the strawberries were great, and the most pleasant thing was that the postcard with my text was perfectly printed. The best service, perhaps, is always convinced of this. I got home late yesterday to order flowers for my wife's birthday early in the morning, tried to find a service that delivers flowers and balloons, and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service. The flowers were beautiful and inexpensive, and more expensive. It was hard not to buy something more expensive. Thanks to manager Aizhan for super attentive and caring. At exactly 7:30 a.m., everything was received in the best possible condition, and the flowers were in a special thermopack, which also made me very happy, as they still lay in it for a while until everyone woke up and the flowers were handed over.
