And in July, we saw off a colleague for retirement, somehow we ran around choosing a gift, but we forgot the flowers, we overlooked such an important issue. We stopped by your place. And what was my surprise, in a pleasant way, when I got to this flower paradise, there is no other way to describe your store. My eyes just ran away from the abundance of flowers in pots, now among my own I call you only "mini jungle", refrigerator - assorted colors and varieties. A colleague was delighted with a bouquet of roses with a lush, voluminous bud of the original color. And when she came to visit us two weeks later, she told us that the flowers were still standing. The next time we visited you was in October for flowers for a colleague, but we already bought bush roses. It turned out to be a very delicate, lush bouquet. My sister's doctor was at my sister's house this Saturday - she picked up a bouquet half a month later, but today my sister sent me a photo of the bouquet - it's in excellent condition, considering that from 19:00 on Saturday to 6:00 on Sunday, the flowers were standing in the water, but in the stuffy clubhouse. For me, this store is the best at the moment. The prices are adequate, the staff is friendly and unobtrusive, if you need help, they will tell you, if you don't want to contact, choose for yourself, but they will offer help first. In front of me, a man ordered delivery from them. We helped him choose, arrange, and specify the delivery time. Everything is cultured and polite. I adore your store. P.S. It's true that I was completely sold out twice, on November 04 and December 17, but I perceive this as customers' trust in quality. And just before I went to pick up a bouquet this Saturday, I called and asked what was in the assortment. It 's simple 😉🫰🏻

They always took flowers here, there were never any complaints, but on March 8 something went wrong, the bouquet was bought in the afternoon and literally 10 minutes later it was put in water, by the evening one branch was dying, in the morning the second was dying. It was very obvious that the branches of this particular rose were placed in the bouquet, far from the first freshness and flimsy. I wrote about the fact that the branch had already died on the same evening when they were presented. I wrote on Instagram, they said I'm sorry, this can't be, the delivery is fresh ... and maybe she needs more water and trim it ... below is a photo of what was given, what happened in the evening and in the morning.. Actually, the question is, what should I trim? When some branches of flowers did not match the quality initially and the next day it is only for disposal. It's an unpleasant situation, unfortunately it was the last time I went to this store for flowers. There is no question of customer orientation.. Alas.
