I recently ordered a bouquet here for a friend with delivery – everything went perfectly! The flowers are fresh, the composition is simply gorgeous, and I was pleasantly surprised that they signed the card for free, such little things always make the service more enjoyable. Delivery is on time, the courier is polite. The only small point is that I would have liked a little more choice of unusual colors, but what was offered still looked great. In general, now I know where to apply for flowers! By the way, it's a pity that there was no Scandinavian cake in the assortment, the bouquet would have been just the perfect compliment! 😊

I was looking for an unusual bouquet for March 8, but many stores either did not accept orders, or the choice was very modest. I found the perfect option at a good price at Daflor, immediately placed an order and made an advance payment.
However, upon receipt, I noticed that one type of flower was missing from the bouquet. Of course, this upset me a little, but I didn't start a scandal — after all, there were only girls working in the store, and I didn't want to spoil their mood on a holiday in the morning.
In general, Daflor has many advantages: convenient location right at the exit from the subway, pleasant prices, a large selection and courteous staff. I hope that with the next order everything will go without such nuances, because the store itself left a good impression.

I would like to leave a review on the flowers that are sold in this store. On Friday, a young man brought me 3 sprigs of chrysanthemums bought at this flower shop.As a person who has these favorite flowers and gives them to me often, I can figure out where the FRESH flowers are and where the flowers that have been on display for several days (photo attached). I did not upset the guy and unwrapped immediately, cut off the stem, put it in cold water and thought that they would "move away", but what was my disappointment when I came home 1.5 days later and saw that half of the flowers were just almost withered. There were flowers not next to the battery, in my room it was not +25 degrees (although I had chrysanthemums that stood in the apartment when it was +30 outside in summer for almost 3 weeks).With the fact that the CHRYSANTHEMUM, which usually costs about 3 weeks, withered on the 3rd day, I honestly faced for the first time that I was given these flowers.
I wrote on Instagram with the expectation of some kind of apology, and in response I received excuses why THEY were NOT to BLAME and what I did wrong. It's sad for me and the guy, because he gave money away and I didn't really "admire" the beauty...The photo in the package is from Friday, the last photo is flowers in 2 days

Very unpleasant feelings after visiting the store. We waited 15-20 minutes for a consultant to come to us and help us choose colors. No one came up, they ignored our presence completely. We had to catch sellers and find out the prices ourselves. The service is disgusting, with a dissatisfied face, these unfortunate flowers were collected for us in paper, which it is not clear how long they will stand. This is the first time I've seen such terrible service.

A very unfriendly florist works for you. But this can be understood and attributed to various personal things . But incompetence is something I can't let go of! I came to buy a nolina, a specific one. There is absolutely no competent answer to questions about the flower, about transplanting, about how exactly the roots of this flower grow, watering, and so on. When I got home, I used the Internet and was very surprised that all the recommendations of the florist were different from ALL the sites I had viewed. Besides, when I brought it home and started transplanting, there were white worms and midges in the ground.
In general, a triple combo in the form of negativity, lack of knowledge about indoor plants of "specialists" and infected home flowers from this nolina 🤨
I will never come back and I will not advise anyone.

I chose roses of a certain kind, but it turns out not. The delivery is free from one amount indicated, but in fact, it is completely different. And the behavior of sellers has worsened. There is no interest, there is a slight rudeness. I'm not naked anymore in the store. And I don't advise others. You can find more friendly and professional ones. Good luck.

This is an order for March 8th. Delivery was arranged from 15 to 17 hours. They brought it at 19.10. Before that, no one answered the calls and moreover, they turned off the phones and it was impossible to get through. The courier brings flowers, you just look at them. These are 7 alstroemeria, there were also tulips. They are more or less, but very small. And this bouquet does not look like a bouquet at all, where the cost of one is 55 rubles. The most terrible place and service. Never order anything here!

I personally didn't like it. Consultants have gained a lot of sense from them if the choice of colors is exactly the same as everywhere else and about the quality as well as lucky. The only thing is that there are a lot of flowers in the vases . All the flower sellers sell flowers that will wither the next day, and these are one of them. So it's a regular store.
