I ordered a bouquet of chrysanthemums for my wife's birthday from this service. We arranged everything quickly, the manager clarified the details, helped with the choice of shades. It was delivered on time, the flowers were fresh, the packaging was neat, it looked expensive, although the price was quite adequate. My wife immediately put the bouquet in a vase: it lasted more than 10 days, it did not crumble. It's nice that we added a postcard with wishes at no extra charge. No complaints, the service works clearly, it is clear that they take care of the customers. Now I will only apply here for flower delivery.

The service and the quality of the flowers are disgusting!!! Yesterday, a friend ordered me a small bouquet through the delivery of the store, an employee of the store contacted me and told me that the delivery time would be from 19:00 to 21:00, they wrote down the delivery address. At 21:00, the bouquet was not delivered to me and there were no calls from the store, the courier dialed only at 21:23 with the words "I will bring you the bouquet in an hour, since I have 7 deliveries and it will not work earlier." The bouquet was delivered to me at 22:13, the flowers arrived stale. The mattiola is half-wilted, and the lace eustoma has wilted flower tips, to which the store replied that these were fresh flowers, and they attached a photo (last photo) of the same quality from the store, saying that they were all like that. I do not recommend contacting this store, because the quality of the flowers and the attitude towards customers are frustrating.

I ordered a bouquet for my loved one's birthday. The attached photos (with the name) show a picture from the site, the rest are what came. I understand that in reality the bouquet may differ from the photo, but not so much! The flowers are in a decidedly stale state and the overall composition is also stale from this. When requesting a refund for an inappropriate product, it was found out that only the price of the bouquet (minus delivery) can be refunded. However, the website states that the delivery is free and is already included in the price of the bouquet. "Thank you" to this service for the festive mood and the proper work of the employees who sent the bouquet. Also, when returning a (personal) bouquet to the store, it was simply put back on the shelf... Friends, ask to send a photo of the bouquet before sending. It is unlikely that anyone would be pleased to receive such flowers.

The flowers are fresh, the buds are elastic, even after three days they were as good as new. The packaging was chosen to match – discreet, but stylish. My mother shed tears when she received it, saying that it had been a long time since she had been given such beautiful flowers. Now I know where to apply for flowers without unnecessary worries.

There is a slight difference from the photo on the website, but it is impossible to make an identical one) a photo of the assembled bouquet was sent before delivery. There were questions about delivery, the customer was unavailable, the courier had already left to deliver to another point, but it turned out that the person was at home, the courier had to return. It ended well, the bouquet was delivered, the girls did well. Thank you for the mood and the nice bouquet.

On June 10, I ordered a bouquet of peonies (3 pieces). I did not have time to pick up the bouquet from the courier, we promptly rescheduled the delivery for the evening, thank you for that. But the flowers... 1 of the 3 flowers began to fall apart the next day, but did not attach importance. And today (the second day) I finally decided to take off the packaging. It turned out that of the 3 flowers, only one is of good quality, the other two are rotten, with fallen buds. It's sad, the impression is completely ruined.

The terrible quality of the flowers!
An unprofessional florist!
I ordered a bouquet of "Michelle" for a friend's birthday.
First, they called to clarify if I was against replacing one type of chrysanthemum with another, assuring me that the concept and color scheme of the bouquet would not suffer.
As a result, they sent a completely different bouquet of tired, sluggish flowers.
To my complaint and request to resolve the issue, they offered to issue a refund of the bouquet directly from the holiday :)

I made an order at 16:00. Despite the alleged free delivery, they asked to pay an additional 5 rubles for delivery to Novaya Borovaya. Okay, I paid for it. We communicated via telegram, you can restore the time up to a minute. The planned delivery time is from 17 to 19.
Further from the service there is silence. At 18-30 I asked if it was delivered? – and in response, silence.. at 19 he asked – silence. At 19-34 I asked – ignore and silence. As you know, I wanted to make a surprise. And it turns out that I only made a surprise for myself. At 19 -56 (an hour has passed after the required delivery time) I decided to call the delivery service. – the answer is "yes, everything was delivered about 20 minutes ago. We didn't have time to inform you. I'm surprised that the girl is silent about this, but as it turned out, everything was delivered at that moment. Video surveillance thank God works in the house. I'm clarifying who is lying anyway. – and the answer is = and we have nothing to do with it, it snowed and the courier told us so. And what do you want anyway… The result of the review. A service that does not understand in principle what a service is, is engaged in lies and does not care about customers. I hope business owners will read why they will have one less customer.

There is a large selection, it is possible to pay with a mir card from the Russian Federation. The ordered bouquet did not match the description and composition . It was delivered later than the specified delivery time. Of course, in the chat, companies try to convince that the client is wrong and everything is fine. This is a poorly executed order.

The service level is unusually high for Minsk, I ordered flowers+ balloons twice. Each time we went towards the selection of a composition of flowers. They also beautifully packaged gifts, which they also agreed to deliver. They bought ice cream and chocolate from Euroopt with a bonus at my request)) The bouquets stood for a long time and smelled delicious. Smart girls work in this place))

08.08.2020 I needed a fresh and special bouquet. I called here half an hour before closing time. They listened to me carefully and promised to wait. The promise was kept. At the girl's place, the florists offered options according to my wishes. Everything is polite, professional and prompt, with responsible attention to detail and concern for the result. We stayed for 15 minutes after closing, but we did everything properly. I definitely recommend it! The birthday girl was delighted! special thanks to Veronica the florist and a low bow! =)
