Terrible service! The director probably doesn't care how the sales are conducted here! Deal with your sellers! I wanted to order a bouquet for my mother for a holiday in this place, because I live in another city and I can't come in person + I also need a bouquet delivery. I wrote on Instagram a week before the event, where they explained to me that it was better to do it in 1-2 days....And so she did. In 2 days I decided to call and order a bouquet by the phone number listed on the website to discuss the details, where a young man answered me that orders were forbidden to take by phone! What to write on Instagram. I did so, wrote, and was told that orders are accepted via Viber....wrote....a minute later they replied that another person was taking orders, wait until he answers ..... I'm still waiting!!! As a result, no one answered me!!! I ordered a bouquet from another store, and I do not regret it, they made a gorgeous big bouquet there and delivered it at the right time to the right address! I only feel sorry for my time and nerves that I spent on your store. I will not recommend you to anyone!!!

The staff in the region is crazy. I used to buy flowers there all the time. It's disgusting to go in now. Unfortunately, not only I came to this opinion, but also our friends. Sorry. Most of all, the owner of the store made me laugh, who, after learning that she was familiar with my parents, began to write to them about my negative review. Ay-ay-ay. Or maybe you should try to change the unhappy face of the sellers and find out why they are rude and they have a local homeless man in their service?

The store is just terrible! The seller is a boor and a liar, the owner does not care about the reputation of the store. We bought a bouquet of roses in the store in the evening, all the roses withered overnight and looked like rags in the morning. They left the roses lying on the water in the bathroom for a day (they thought they would move away), but nothing helped them. They took me to the store. At first, the seller said that this had never happened (but when they took the book of comments and suggestions, there were a lot of the same stories in it), then the seller began to tell that a girl came, her flowers also withered, in the morning she brought them, they waited 2 hours until the rose stood in the water and when the rose did not come to life she was returned money. The seller began to say why you did not come in the morning, then we may have returned the money, but the store apparently does not take into account that at 8.00 (when the store opens) people work. They called the owner, he didn't even want to listen to anything, he said we wouldn't return the money or the flowers. The seller was constantly rude and spoke in a raised tone: "DON'T TOUCH THE FLOWERS!" to an adult child who was just standing by the flowers. All the time, the seller was composing on the go how to keep roses, and her story changed each time depending on our story, how we took care of the roses. They don't punch receipts in the store. When we bought flowers, we were not given a receipt, and other people who bought flowers with us did not get the same receipt.
