The service leaves much to be desired. I ordered a bouquet online. I asked several times to attach a postcard with the text (the text is mine). She also asked me to send a photo of the finished bouquet. If a photo of the bouquet was sent, after my repeated reminder! then the postcard was attached to the bouquet without text. Although I reminded them and asked them not to forget, they said, "Okay." And after my dissatisfaction, they also gave me advice, a quote from a girl who communicated with me: "Since it happened, call your grandmother and say these words personally." Behind the attractive picture on Instagram, there is complete ignorance about their customers. Improve the service!

One of the best flower shops. The quality is excellent. There are more than enough colors for everyone to choose from. Perhaps the prices here are slightly higher than in other flower shops, but you will not find the same quality in Minsk. The staff is polite, always a smile on their face. There are no queues.

The workload during the holidays can be understood, but the order was made not only on Instagram, but also by a call in two days. It is a pity that they did not admit the mistake, did not apologize, offered to assemble an option "from what is left" (and the condition of the flowers is no longer any).
Not everything is as sweet and pleasant as they show, but let's hope that our case is a rarity)
