Of the 11 roses, 5 are in this condition every other day, I know how to care for and prune, I changed the water properly, they stood on the balcony where the temperature is ideal for them.
This is the second time that some of the fresh and 3-5 not at all fresh flowers have been slipped in.
This has never happened before. You've slipped down, you're losing customers..
