Horror...The flowers are not fresh, without leaves, broken, some are short, which do not reach the water. The remains of the broken buds were stuffed into the flasks. There is more paper than the flowers themselves. They brought it fully packed, which they didn't even think to check, because they thought everything would be fine. A spoiled mood and a holiday.

They delete comments on Instagram!! Terrible service. Maybe my comment will save someone's holiday! I ordered a bouquet on 31.03. Pros: delivered on time, even with a margin! Cons: Firstly, it is indicated that payment by card is possible, in fact, the courier announced that there is no such possibility. Secondly, I immediately noticed that the flowers were not fresh (to which I was later assured in the BOS that they were from yesterday's delivery). After 6 hours after delivery, the bouquet looks absolutely terrible, although it was in the water all the time (there is an expectation / reality photo). Thirdly, I specified the dimensions in advance, for which they sent me only one parameter - the diameter. In fact, one diameter is really 40 cm, and the second diameter is 20, because the bouquet turned out to be oval, which was not noticeable in the photo. On this point, perhaps I should have insisted that all sizes be sent. As a result, the holiday was spoiled by fading flowers! I do not recommend buying bouquets here!!!
