SCAMMERS! In a hurry, they did not have time to check the reviews and ended up in the hands of deceivers. We ordered orchids from them (although the florists of this "beautiful" company claimed that it was a violet). We paid 30,900 tenge. They also promised to bring a vase and make a luxury package according to the campaign - none of this happened. They brought a small violet and a box of Raffaello candies, which we did not even order, which in total costs no more than 3,000 tenge. The holiday and the mood are ruined. For 5 days they could not resolve the issue and refused to refund the money. On the fifth day, somehow, having worn out all the nerves, they agreed to bring another bouquet, which again costs no more than 20,000 tenge. They also dared to ask for the return of these unfortunate rafaels or to reduce the number of flowers in a new bouquet. Apparently, their friends and those who are "in touch" write good reviews.
