I consider it unacceptable for a professional flower salon to sell flowers of the "second freshness" that are not worth even a day. I require replacement of this product!!! Your admission that the flowers are "just frozen" confirms your violation of art. 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Rights Protection" and paragraph 22 of the Rules for the sale of certain types of goods. As a professional seller, you were required to provide free technical packaging to ensure the safety of the goods during transportation in the cold. Decorative film is not such a thing. The transfer of flowers without proper protection in winter is the sale of obviously low-quality goods. Since you refuse to resolve the issue peacefully, expect to do so soon.: An entry in the Book of comments and suggestions (which cannot be deleted or ignored by law). An appeal to the MARCH (Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade) and the Trade Department of the Executive Committee demanding verification of your compliance with the rules of trade. Submit a complaint to the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology and the Tax Inspectorate for a comprehensive review of your activities. The presence of similar complaints from other customers in the reviews will be an additional confirmation of the systematic violation of consumer rights on your part.

The florist has a disgusting attitude towards flowers. In weather of -10 frost. We gave my husband a bouquet without shipping packaging to somehow protect the flowers from the cold.
