I ordered flowers from the city of Khanty-Mansiysk (Russia) with delivery in Grodno. Florists are real professionals in their field: they helped with the registration, payment of the order, made a perfect-delicious bouquet! They were delivered on time, simultaneously informing me about the progress of the process. I order flowers here not for the first time, but rather always for at least 3 years. I liked everything until today.
As always, I chose on the website and ordered by phone a bouquet of red-white roses 51 pieces for my wife. The cost is 247 rubles. I came to pick it up, and the girl gives me a bouquet, where 8-9 red flowers are collected in heaps, 8-9 white next to it, next to a porridge of red and white, then again a bunch of red and so on. The bouquet is assembled chaotically and not neatly. This is my first time with this store. I show the seller a photo on the website, where a bouquet is neatly folded through one red, through one white rose. But the girl stubbornly proved to me for 10 minutes that the bouquet she collected was normal, and I was not showing the photo from their website until I proved the opposite. She refused to sign the postcard, offered to sign it herself, referring to the injured hand. The bouquet was made as it should be, after much debate and waiting for an extra 30 minutes. They didn't give me a bag to take care of the bouquet. It's a pity I didn't take a photo before the alteration, I didn't think about it. It is a pity that the opinion of the store is so badly damaged due to the incompetence of the employee.

My sister and I decided to spontaneously order a bouquet for my mother's birthday. Since we are located in Minsk, we always order bouquets online and with delivery. The worst peonies.
It is not the first time that peonies are presented, and it is in the summer. But for them to stand for a day for the first time.
The photo shows peonies exactly one day after the courier handed over the flowers. From the very beginning it seemed that the flowers were bad, but I suddenly thought of such a variety. It turned out that I would be right and the flowers turned into what is in the photo.
On Instagram, of course, they replied that everyone was to blame except them. And it's normal that flowers look like this the next day. I really hope that as many people as possible will see the review and avoid such a store.

But Elena, despite the fact that her working day was over, patiently answered all questions, booked roses, the next day clarified all the nuances once again and suggested how to pay. I don't live in Belarus... As a result, the birthday girl is delighted, the surprise was a success! The courier arrived exactly at the appointed time. The flowers are the freshest and very beautiful. I was also pleased with the postcard, which was provided to me for free. That's right, the service! And not what you have ... I won't name who I specifically mean, but there are very different flower shops in Grodno. Сделали всё очень быстро и качественно, на все сообщения отвечали быстро, все пожелания учли, не смотря на то, что завтра 1 сентября и возможно есть доп.нагрузка в связи с этим. Делают букеты не из свежих цветов, на следующий день вялые.На сайте букеты на фото одного формата заказываешь, а получаешь совсем другой. Заказывали 2 раза и полное не соответствие.

Составляют красивые букеты ТОЛЬКО для своего инстаграма! 😂
В реальности все выглядит безвкусно и дешево, букет ни капли не соответствовал тому, что было на фото.
Все мои претензии были проигнорированы (заказывала онлайн, на доставку)
Советую обходить стороной этот чудо-магазин , с их «клиентоориентированными» сотрудниками
