I don't know where the order was delivered from, but.. I made it from Sevastopol. In Minsk, and the one to whom it was delivered was very happy and the flowers smelled SO much that by the evening she was delighted.

Good afternoon. I would not recommend this company. I will explain why) The young man surprises me and by my arrival home he orders a bouquet of 25 red roses, but when the courier delivered the bouquet, he certainly did not look at the condition of the petals. I don't know which one of your stores was delivered from. The next day I arrived and saw that some of the petals were in terrible condition, they had rotted and were dried up. So I had to keep an eye on the bouquet every day, remove the leaves that somehow rot at the speed of light. After writing to the manager of this company, I was redirected to another specialist, who practically told me only one thing: "you applied after 9 days, what not before?"
I explained that I was trying to save the flowers and did not want to swear. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved in this company and I was simply ignored., waving off the fact that I wrote late. Although I provided a photo taken by my spouse on the day of delivery, which shows that the petals are already rotting / drying.
I also provided photos of the condition of the flowers for 3.5 and 7 days of their stay in our house, but for some reason it didn't help either. I would really like to hear what the senior management of this company has to say about this.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for the girl's birthday, pink roses, and contacted the manager via Viber to put a note.They asked what to write and accepted the order.
As a result, there was no note, they said they forgot to put it.
So in the end, another bouquet was also sent, with red roses, those that the girl does not like.
They don't respond to messengers, they ignore them.
No more naked here.

This store has already become a family store for our family.
No holiday is complete without it.
The husband on a business trip from the far corners of the world freely contacts the guys, they discuss all the details and voila...flowers at the addressee at 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Mothers Day..no question, Mommy always gets flowers in the morning at the specified time.
They gave their daughter in marriage, and they ordered a wedding bouquet and a bouquet from their parents, too.
All that can be said is a huge THANK YOU!!!
By the way, many of our friends buy flowers only from them!!! The flowers are fresh!! The approach is individual!!!

I decided to congratulate the dear person on Mother's Day. As usual, I went through the options in the search engine, went to the website of this store. It attracted me that the flowers were available for purchase individually. On the website, I turned to the regular operator, asked if delivery to the Moscow district of the city was possible, and received an affirmative answer. I started asking the following questions, the operator stopped answering.
At the same time, I typed my order of 5 roses and decorative ribbon on the site, entered all the data, including delivery, agreed with the cost of delivery (!), confirmed, received an SMS to the phone and an email about the need to pay. As a result, I paid in ERIP.
I did not receive any feedback after the payment. A little later, the operator returned to the conversation and unexpectedly informed me that delivery from the store is possible when ordering from 15 pieces of flowers (roses). I objected, they say, I have already placed an order on your site, including paying the shipping cost(!).
There is silence in response. During the next hour, I dialed repeatedly at the phone number listed on the website. The first time I managed to talk to the courier, but he couldn't help much and didn't tell him my order number. But he assured me that once the order is accepted, we will deliver everything, they say, do not worry.
It took another 1-1.5 hours. Since telephony did not work at all to communicate with this store, I wrote on the website again and asked the operator to inform me of the order status. I dialed the store's number again, but no one answered the phone. I began to feel a slight concern about the efficiency of the store.
In total, after more than 3 hours, the store called back and said that today is a holiday, and on a holiday it turns out that delivery is possible when ordering from 15 pieces of flowers. To my objections that the store's system accepted the order and requested payment, including for delivery, as well as my attempt to go to a meeting in the form of "let me pay extra for delivery!" the answer came - "the head forbade it."
As a result, they offered to refund the money, and I agreed. But they immediately called back and told us, they say, you paid for the EPIP, we can't return it, come to the store (ha ha ha) and take the money. In my case, this is from the Moskovsky district to the Avtozavodskaya metro area.
This turnaround, as well as the store's offer to deliver flowers tomorrow, on a non-festive day, of course, did not suit me at all.

The experience is extremely negative.
Ordered on March 6 at 10-11 a.m. on the 7th "21 pink peony-shaped tulips with decoration". We agreed to increase it to 31 tulips with an additional payment.
As a result, the courier arrived only after 15 o'clock and also brought a bouquet of sluggish red and yellow tulips. In response to my complaints, the store replied that they were very sorry, the right color was not available and in general - it's all a human factor, keep a 10% discount. Of course, no one warned about the change in the composition of the bouquet.

There used to be a great store, now it's a complete scam. We made a pre-order for the delivery of the bouquet, made a full prepayment. The order should have been delivered by 18.00, already at 21.00 - there is no delivery. They are only rude on the phone, it is not known when the delivery will be completed. They don't want to return the money. Do not contact here!
P.S. the flowers were delivered 4 hours late!!!

The first store in my life that ruined the holiday. We waited 11 hours for flower delivery. I think they would not have brought them, but I pulled them 8 times with calls.The right colors were no longer available. Taxi drivers carry flowers. We had to go down into the cold ourselves to get the bouquet. At 11 p.m., she told them to cancel the order and return the money immediately. Nothing was returned. They got people out of bed and told them to go down for a bouquet. Who needs your bouquet at night??Delivery is paid at the same time. Have you seen this in the city?))
