Very unfriendly young instructors, there is no idea how to communicate with children. The child came in a good mood and a great desire to fly, after the first contact with the instructor at the briefing, it disappeared, the ground from under the child's feet was skillfully knocked out by a tattooed guy who was irritably doing his job. After the first half of the flight, the instructor told the departing 8-year-old that if he had listened carefully to the briefing and done everything properly, he would have been able to fly better. The child categorically refused the second part of the flight. The receptionist is very nice. If you compare it with the air tube in the Palazzo where I flew myself, then the place here is very gloomy in terms of atmosphere and attitude, the gap is huge. I strongly do not recommend it.

Although by law they do not have the right to limit the validity period, it is interpreted as illegal enrichment (money was paid, but the service was not rendered), they did not respond to the remark in the complaint book. The request to contact the head was ignored. Now you have to spend time on refunds according to the law. I do not recommend contacting this office!
