I want to leave a review about the low-cost Airline Fly One. We ordered tickets in July through Aviaseals, and he transferred them to the Fly One app. A week before departure, we checked in online, printed out boarding passes in A4 format for the entire sheet, our Light tariff includes free online registration, without any problems, the system chooses the seats itself, if you want to fly together, the system will offer you to pay an additional 1000 rubles approximately per seat. We didn't do that, but swapped seats with the passenger sitting next to us on the plane. Back and forth, generally no problem. Our flight was to Armenia 3F 334 09.09.2025, back 3F 333, to St. Petersburg 18.09.2025. We arrived 2 hours before departure, our ticket rate was Light. Hand luggage was 40x30x20 and weighed up to a maximum of 8 kg. We exchanged the printed coupons for plane tickets at the check-in desk. The flight was excellent, the crew was excellent, the flight attendants and the steward clearly, calmly, correctly, politely conveyed information to the passengers. During the flight, drinks and various snacks were offered for a fee, of course. The landing was smooth and soft, for which special thanks to the Commander of the aircraft. Read carefully all the information, look for what is not clear on the Internet, or in the Fly One application itself, and everything will pass without problems and misunderstandings. There were no postponements of flights, neither there nor back.

Before departure, I searched for objective information about this low-cost airline FlyOne, I found few, mostly complaints from passengers related to flight delays, check-in and the size of hand luggage. Now it is an Armenian airline, as they themselves write about it on their website. There were two flights from Moscow to Milan with a transfer in Yerevan and back a week later. I gave it 5 stars in the review, and I'll explain why below. The four flights passed without delays or delayed departures, and were clearly timed. Delays apparently occur when one of the four A320s breaks down. I assume that this is the reason for the airline's bottleneck when the flight is delayed and rescheduled. The A320s are not old or worn out, they are 14-15 years old. The staff was very friendly, friendly and courteous! Armenian brigades served, and there was also a mixed team from Mongolia. Drinks and light snacks are sold on board and are cheap, for example, 0.5 liters of water cost 1.5 euros. To improve the service, I would like to sell grain brewed coffee and tea as well as leaf custard with lemon, let it become a certain feature of the carrier that passengers could remember. The salons are clean. We flew to Milan from Yerevan and back on more comfortable planes, the distance between the seats was longer and the profile of the seats was more comfortable. This is better in terms of comfort than other companies offer us. And... the toilets, even at the end of the flight, were perfectly clean and equipped with napkins and soap on all flights. You pay attention to such things right away. To fly on a low-cost airline, you must always install the carrier's app on your smartphone in advance. Many questions are resolved automatically. The application was decent, there were no prentensions. From my own experience, I recommend reading the baggage clearance rules and check-in rules in advance, as well as taking all the itinerary sheets with you in printed form and submitting them immediately at the first check-in at the airport, this will remove all questions during check-in, especially for those who fly with transfers and even with connections from different airlines. The staff at all three hubs was friendly and attentive. I liked how carefully and in the right places the stickers were glued to the suitcase so that they would not fly off on the conveyors. I recommend paying extra in advance for oversized hand luggage. Bags are measured at check-in. The size of the baggage for free transportation is an urban backpack, no more. In some cases, if you do not register in advance, you can pay EUR 105 for face-to-face registration. And here's a comparison... Eurowings was already flying after Milan, the flight was operated by Airbaltic, this is a low-cost airline owned by Lufthansa, and there were: a delay of one of the flights by more than 2.5 hours, a broken plane that was repaired with passengers on board, standing for half an hour in the sleeve of the boarding ramp, strange and rude flight attendants from the Baltic States, a rather controversial the interface and information content of the application.
