My husband and I were extremely disappointed with FLYDUBAI after being denied boarding for arriving only 6 minutes late to the gate. We understand the importance of punctuality, but such a strict policy with no flexibility is unreasonable—especially when there is no announcements. The staff showed zero empathy, refused to assist us, and forced us to rebook at our own expense. For a company that claims to value its customers, this was a shocking lack of courtesy. We expect compensation for the unnecessary hassle and costs incurred—or at the very least, a gesture of goodwill (such as an upgrade or discount) for future travel. Otherwise, we’ll have no choice but to take our business to a more passenger-friendly airline.

I read the reviews beforehand and there were a lot of negative ones, I was worried and fortunately these worries did not materialize. New planes, a clean cabin, new multimedia, children and adults alike have something to distract themselves with. During the flight, you can monitor the movement of the aircraft, the speed, altitude, remaining travel time, time at the destination and route are broadcast, along the route the sights that you fly in different localities are marked (information from Wikipedia) I really like this approach! The staff is polite, friendly, water is available throughout the flight, blankets are not given out, but I did not notice any particular cold, a regular sweatshirt is enough, there was also no stuffiness. A Russian-speaking steward was present on both flights. Nutrition: Dubai - Novosibirsk I really liked the vegetarian set, there was very tasty rice with celery sauce, green beans and champignons, well, it was very delicious. The child liked the chicken in tomato sauce, ate everything, although it is difficult to feed him. We flew back, there was snow and wind in the Novosibirsk, we boarded as standard. I would also like to especially thank the airport of departure, my mother felt unwell 20 minutes before departure, fainted, the doctors came to the rescue very quickly, measured her blood pressure, took blood sugar, examined, there was an interpreter, while the issues with the doctors were being resolved, the flight waited for us a little. Предварительно читала отзывы и было много негативных, переживала и к счастью эти переживания не оправдались. Новые самолеты, салон чистый, новый с работающей мультимедией, детям да и взрослым есть на что отвлечься. Во время полета можно следить за движением самолета, транслируется скорость, высота, оставшееся время в пути, время в пункте назначения и маршрут следования, по маршруту отмечены достопримечательности которые пролетаешь в разных населенных пунктах (информация из Википедии) мне очень нравится такой подход! Персонал вежливый, приветливый, вода в доступе на протяжении всего полета, пледы не выдают но я не заметила особого холода, достаточно обычной кофты, духоты так же не было. На обоих рейсах присутствовал русскоговорящий стюард. По питанию: Дубай - Новосибирск мне очень понравился вегетарианский набор, был очень вкусный рис с подливой из сельдерея, стручковой фасоли и шампиньонов, ну очень было вкусно. Ребенку понравилась курица в томатном соусе , съел все, хотя его сложно накормить. Обратно летели, в Нск был снег и ветер, сели стандартно. Еще особенно хочется поблагодарить аэропорт вылета, мама за 20 минут до вылета почувствовала себя плохо, упала в обморок, медики очень быстро пришли на помощь, измерили давление, взяли кровь на сахар, осмотрели, был переводчик, пока решали вопросы с медиками, нас немного подождал рейс. Большое спасибо компании и его сотрудникам!

I want to express my displeasure because my hand luggage was taken away from me before boarding the plane. No one had informed about this in advance . And I didn't have the time to pick up the fragile and valuable items from there. The airline's disgusting attitude towards passengers.
